Developexistingandnewopportunitiesasnecessarytoachieveassignedsalesandothertargets.
Workcloselywithinternalteamstodevelopopportunitystrategy,implementtheplanandreporttheresults.
SupportRegionalSalesManagertopresentriskassessmentandcontractdocumentationformanagementapproval,asrequired,tosupportnewbusiness.
Abilitytonegotiateandobtaincustomeragreementoncommercialtermsandconditionswithinacceptablecompanyparameters.
SupportRegionalSalesManagerincollaborationwithdifferentOCs,identifyfuturebusinessopportunities,markettrends,andcompetitorassessments.
Coordinatewithcrossfunctionaldepartmentsandexternalpartners,asnecessary.
Updateandmaintainmarketinformationwithinhis/herassignedaccounts.

2-5yearsofsuccessfulexperienceinHV/MVelectricalequipmentsalesordevelopmentwithintheChinaPowerT&D,PowerGenerationandIndustry&InfrastructureSectors.
Abilitytounderstandthecustomer’sperspectiveandalignproductandserviceofferingstomeetcustomerneeds.
Demonstratedabilitytomanagemultipleopportunities,priorities,andworkeffectivelyunderpressureandtightdeadlines.
Abilitytothinkoutsidetheboxandcraftsolutionswithingivenconstraints.
